You’re not alone.

As a church, we are committed to becoming like Jesus in every area of our life.

This includes not only our spiritual lives, but our emotional and mental lives as well.

The conversation around mental health can be confusing and intimidating, but one thing we know for sure:

God created our minds, and there is nothing that we walk through that is outside the scope of His power and care.

We hope the following resources can help you learn more about your mental health

and how you can live a life that glorifies Jesus.

If you feel like you are struggling or would like someone to talk to, our pastoral staff would love to sit down with you. While we are not licensed counselors, we would be happy to listen, process with you, and provide biblical advice on whatever you are walking through.

We are also able to refer you to several trusted counselors and resources that will help you continue the journey to healing.
