This is a FREE health screening that includes cholesterol, blood pressure, sugar levels and body composition. The screening requires a slight prick of your finger to produce a small blood sample for immediate analysis, takes only 10 minutes, and results will populate in 90 seconds. No I.D. or insurance is required.

What should you expect?

• Please fast for 10-12 hours for this screening.

• Remain hydrated. Drink only water, black coffee or black tea.

• Please continue to take any prescribed medication.

A screening is done to detect potential health disorders or diseases in people who do not have any symptoms of disease. The goal is early detection and lifestyle changes or surveillance to reduce the risk of disease, or to detect it early enough to treat it most effectively.
