SUNDAY SERIES | LUKE 1: THE PROMISE OF JESUS
Advent tells us that life is filled with waiting on and longing for God. We long for lives that are whole, and for a world to be healed, but we all stink at waiting. Advent is a time that focuses our attention on Christ's first coming as well as his second coming when he will return to redeem all of creation and rule with all power and authority.
This season, we will meditate on the proclamations and promises in Luke 1 that point us to Jesus and prepare our hearts to be filled with His presence. Join us on Sundays throughout Advent (12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 12/23) at our 9AM or 10:45AM gatherings.
CANDLELIGHT GATHERINGS | DECEMBER 24 @ 4PM & 6PM
Come celebrate the miracle of Christmas and share in the joy and peace found in the good news of Jesus Christ!
Both gatherings will be the same. We wanted to create space for everyone to invite family & friends.
Our worship service includes carol-singing, candle-lighting, and a short meditation on the Christmas story found in Luke 2.
This celebration is for the whole family to enjoy, and so we will not have our City Kids environments open. Kid-friendly activity bags (including glow sticks) will be handed out in the entryway.
Come early to enjoy plenty of Christmas cookies, Alabaster Coffee, the hot chocolate bar to warm you up before the celebration.
